[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So when i first saw a picture of the printer it looked nice and i liked how it looked so i got it. Once i received it i didnt realize how big it was gonna be , but its big still nice and it prints fast no lag like my old printers have been best part is it came right around the time my old one broke
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a MFC-J4110DW over five years ago and decided it was time to upgrade. Very happy with BROTHER. Found no reason to change. The new MFC-J5340DW is everything I was looking for in a multi-function printer. Excellent speed and print quality. Would have liked the possibility to scan recto/verso but that is reserved only for the top of the line.

Initial out-of-the-box.... Great. Solid and well packed. Brother Utilities a bit of a PAIN...
Had to reboot multiple times... load. reboot... but worked out OK, except for NOT being able to use PaperPort! I will connect with support to solve.

in addition to previous review. My review was not intended to downgrade the two people I talked with in support. They were both very polite and easy to understand. They obviously were not allowed to provide my assistance probably due to company policy.
