Printer rejects genuine toner, Brother won't help

My Brother printer rejects Brother toner sold for that model number. Brother admits the problem is its fault yet refuses to help me in any way. I have lost hundreds of dollars.
The cause is that Brother deliberately -- and secretly -- makes identical model numbers from different places incompatible. Their "support" just tells me to buy another printer from them. Ha.

Very disappointed

I put in my brother model number MFC-L3780CDW to order replacement toner. The system recommended a specific toner... purchased.. doesn't work. I now have to return it, and go through this all over again. Tried to purchase the proper toner but was told they can't accept credit cards today.. WHAT??

Amazing toner and ink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a middle-school teacher, I rely heavily on my printer, and this yellow toner has been great overall. The packaging was clean, secure, and easy to open, and when loading it I didn’t get any ink or powder anywhere—very mess-free. It also clearly shows you what to do during installation, which I appreciate when I’m in a rush.
The color consistency is smooth and even, and it doesn’t leave streaks or random patches. I use color sparingly in my classroom, mostly for anchor charts and student handouts, and the toner has lasted me about a month so far with no fading.
Waste is minimal, the cartridge fits tightly, and there’s no excess powder or leakage.
For performance, it prints bright yellow when needed without any smudging. Overall, a solid and reliable toner.

Easily installed, clear quality

When looking at other brands, the price is comparable and lasts for a long time! We loved using it to print our daughter’s invitations.

Great quality printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brother ink toners are very pigmented in color and come in ready to slide in the colors section and it clicks in real easy. You get lots of prints out of them and they last long before you need to change them again. Definitely worth the money and quality.
