[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV and when you set it up with the surround sound system, the sound is incredibly awesome. The picture quality is A+++, sound quality is excellent. There was a little time getting used to the remote. But all in all a great system.

Best resolution ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the variety of audio that can be used, And I use them all, be it HMDI or Optical, or AV modes, movie, music, ect. The picture on resolution X2160 is distinct, crisp, upscaling non4K to almost same. And I do love the 65" screen when perfect color and clarity matters!

I use it as a secondary CPU screen as well due to its capabilities. It compliments my PS5 perfectly too. As I often use it for work, it creates a 2nd screen which is actually better than my own laptop screen. I love this TV

I love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a little bit of everything on this TV. Mostly streaming and watching sports at this point, but it's been great for gaming as well. I like the built in Alexa function, because I don't have a unit for the living room. I used to run my TV sound through a receiver and surround speakers, but this TV sounds great without it. There really isn't a bad viewing angle on it. It's just a great overall TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our main TV in our living room for streaming content, movies and antenna. The colors are great however the black is a dark and takes getting use to for watching a movie last night was difficult. If again we find it hard, we might have to switch to a different LED. The sound is great.

We appreciate your feedback on the image quality of Samsung's Q80C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You may also want to fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).
