Easy to use

Useful and compact, but requires some clean up effort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super neat little gadget! You add in ice, water, and whatever coffee you want and it comes out really delicious and cool without being watery. The brewing takes a few mins and creates about the same amount of noise as a keruig machine. It is more entertaining than I expected to watch the liquid move throughout the container lol. The only downside is how many pieces make up the machine, and they all need to be hand washed. That alone takes up the most of the time and effort related to using this. There’s no disposable filter component, which is great for sustainability, however given the effort required to clean the parts after every use, I’m not sure I will use this often enough to make it worth it. I do think this is useful and will definitely keep using it though. The pieces fit together for compact storage so it’s not too bulky to keep tucked away in a cupboard. The usb-a to usb-c cord is included, and only required for charging the base beforehand. No plug in required to brew once charged.

Doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this express cold brew machine and I had really high hopes for it, but for the life of me I cannot get it to make cold brew. I have followed the instructions to a T and each time it’s finished the water is still water and not cold brew. I don’t know if it’s defective or what.

If your coffee maker is not working, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non-working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the coffee brewer. Let the unit rest for 3-5 minutes. Then, plug it into a different wall outlet. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips, power converters, or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. Also, make sure that all parts and accessories are properly inserted. Otherwise, it might cause the product not to work properly.
Your coffee maker has a 1-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd kindly request that you contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution.

Simple to use, sleek design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek design and stores nicely. Super quick as it only takes 10 minutes. The more grounds you put in the harder it has to work and will stop mid brew so that’s something to keep in mind.

Ten Minute Miracle!

As a mom who can barely remember to switch the laundry, let alone prep coffee the night before, this Express Cold Brew system feels like it was made for me. And probably you
First things first: this thing makes cold brew in 10 minutes. TEN. MINUTES. In the time it takes me to unload half the dishwasher or break up a squabble over who got more Cheerios, I can have a pitcher of cold brew ready to go. It's like the coffee gods heard our sleep-deprived prayers and decided to throw us a bone.
Remember all those times you meant to set up the cold brew before bed, but then you blinked and suddenly it was morning and oops, no coffee? Yeah, me too. This machine is basically saying, "Don't worry, I got you." No more 1 AM shuffles to the kitchen in a panic because you forgot to soak the grounds.
I was skeptical. I mean, good cold brew takes time, right? That's what all the coffee snobs say (no offense to coffee snobs, I aspire to be you when my kids are older). But honestly? It's good. Like, really good. Smooth, not bitter, and it doesn't have that weird acidic bite that makes your stomach do gymnastics. Is it exactly the same as the 24-hour steeped stuff? Maybe not. But after a night of Netflix binging because it's the only "me time" I get, can I tell the difference? Nope.
This machine is a lifesaver for those moments when your memory fails you (thanks, mom brain) and suddenly you have a house full of people expecting some fancy coffee. In the time it takes to slap together a cheese plate and hide the mountain of unfolded laundry, you've got gourmet cold brew to serve. Mom of the Year award, here you come.
The machine is simple enough that my older kid can help make it, which makes him feel like a big shot barista. But it's also not so simple that the little one can flood the kitchen when I turn my back for two seconds. It's that sweet spot of family-friendly without being a potential disaster zone.
Let's be real: our kitchen counters are prime real estate. Between the air fryer I swore I'd use daily (narrator: she did not) and the stack of papers I'm definitely going to sort through soon (narrator: she won't), space is tight. This machine isn't tiny, but it's not a behemoth. And unlike some appliances (*cough* bread maker *cough*), I actually use it enough to justify its countertop citizenship.
Is the Mr. Coffee Express Cold Brew system life-changing? Maybe not. Will it solve world hunger or make your kids listen the first time you ask them to put on their shoes? Definitely not. But will it make your mornings a little easier, your forgotten coffee prep a non-issue, and give you a way to caffeinate quickly when life throws you curveballs? Absolutely.
For every parent who's ever muttered "I need coffee" while pouring orange juice into their cereal, this machine feels like a little victory. It's not solving all our problems, but hey, cold brew in 10 minutes is a pretty good start.

Efficient

The packaging is sleek and looks good on the counter, too. It’s easy to clean as well. I think this is a good product for anyone who loves cold brew and wants to make it quickly instead of steeping overnight.
