The "Cinephile"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My living room has massive floor-to-ceiling windows, which usually makes daytime viewing a struggle. The brightness of the QN90D is, quite frankly, a revelation. It doesn't just "fight" glare; it ignores it. Even in the middle of a sunny Saturday, the Anti-Reflection coating ensures that I'm seeing the movie, not the reflection of my sofa.
For a long time, "deep blacks" were reserved for OLEDs, but this Neo QLED changes the conversation. The Quantum Matrix Technology offers surgical precision. In high-contrast scenes-think stars against a pitch-black sky- the blacks stay deep and velvety while the stars pinprick with incredible intensity.
The Neo Quantum HDR+ brings out textures in dark fabrics and shadows that I've never noticed in my favorite films before.
We hosted a movie night recently, and I was worried about those sitting on the ends of the couch. I needn't have been. The Ultra Viewing Angle tech keeps the color 100% accurate even from the side. Plus, with the 144Hz refresh rate, the motion is flawlessly cinematic-no "soap opera effect," just smooth, natural movement during high-speed action sequences. The 4K resolution on a 75-inch canvas is breathtaking, but the real hero is the NQ4 Al
Gen2 Processor. It takes standard HD
streaming content and breathes new life into it. The Real Depth Enhancer Pro mirrors how the human eye focuses, making the actors stand out from the background with a lifelike,
three-dimensional quality that makes you feel like you're on set.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man, if you’re looking at that 85-inch Samsung Neo QLED (QN90D), just know it’s basically a giant movie theater screen for your house. It’s huge—like, "need two people and a prayer to lift it" huge. Here is the lowdown if you’re thinking about dropping the cash: The Good Stuff * It’s Bright as Heck: You know how some TVs look like trash when the sun comes through the window? Not this one. It gets so bright it basically fights the sun and wins. You don't even have to close the curtains. * Colors Pop: Everything looks super vivid. If you’re watching sports or playing games, the grass looks extra green and the explosions actually look like fire. * Gaming is Smooth: It’s got that 144Hz thing, so if you hook up a PS5 or a PC, there ain't no lag. It just keeps up with whatever you're doing. * The Black Parts: It’s not an OLED, but for a regular LED-style TV, the blacks are actually dark. It doesn't look all grey and washed out when the lights are off. The Annoying Stuff * The Remote: It’s tiny and kind of a pain. If you got big hands, you’re gonna be hitting three buttons at once. Plus, the menus (Tizen) can feel a little laggy sometimes, like it’s thinking too hard. * The Setup: Like I said, it’s 85 inches. It’s heavy. Don't try to be a hero and put it on the wall by yourself. Get a buddy or two, or you're gonna end up with a very expensive pile of cracked glass on your floor. * The Price: It ain't cheap. You’re paying for that "Neo" name and the mini-LEDs. Is it worth it? If you got a big living room with a lot of light and you want everyone to say "dang" when they walk in, yeah. It’s a beast for football and gaming. But if you're just watching the news in a dark bedroom, it's probably overkill. Bottom line: It’s a monster TV with a killer picture, just make sure your TV stand is strong enough to hold a small car.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the brightest TV I’ve ever seen. The picture is crisp and great for watching sports and movies. Paired up with Samsung’s HW-Q990F we don’t even go to the theatre anymore, it’s definitely an theatre like experience!
