Fast delivery and well-packaged on arrival. Setup was quick and easy with clear instructions. The construction feels solid and sturdy, giving a sense of durability and quality. It runs very quietly and the belt motion is incredibly smooth, making it perfect for home use without disturbing others. Great value overall—very happy with this purchase!

Received my Active 400 Smart Auto Incline Treadmill today. No shipping damage was found, easy assembly, and works as advertised. Just finished my first workout and it was great. Very quiet compared to my 20+ year old previous treadmill. The belt width is good and the length is great and safe. I recommend this treadmill to anyone who doesn't need speed above 9 mph.

So far, so good. Used it almost every day for the last week and a half. The incline is great and kicks my butt. Definitely download the app. You can save all of your workouts and play scenic routes on your tv to make the path a little less boring. The app syncs to the health app on iPhone, so if you’re counting steps, this is a great feature. I’ve done mostly fast walking and hubby is doing walking and running. The belt width and length is great for us. I’m 5’1 and he’s 5’8. Glad we purchased!
