Good Machine.

So far so good. Both my husband are using the vibration platform. Short program to keep us on task. I want to increase my bone density and lose some weight. It definitely is toning up the muscles in my legs.

4D Sunny Fit-board vibration platform

I had two fit boards before, this 4D Sunny one. I love it!!!
It feels like, a piece of real gym quality equipment. The vibration modes are amazing, easy to control remotely, the caloric counter took it over the top.
I use my 4D everyday. I was so impressed, and I purchased the 3D one for work. Everyone stops and asked what is that, then I have to educate them and allow them to stand and experience the feel. They loved it!!!! What an amazing full workout 4D motion of fitness.

Vibration Plate

I think I'm going to really enjoy this machine as I get older! I love that I can actually feel the vibrations on my butt, hips, and thighs! I have just started out on the low speed. I would suggest this to my friends and family. It kinda helps me with my heart burns!

The increase time button doesn't work, and thee machine is so heavy to move around on carpet. Otherwise I enjoy it
