reading books with full size and taking e-notes are 2 reasons why I bought this. Build quality is at par with Apple (I am a heavy apple users, I own ipad pro, iphone, macbook and family members has mac mini and ipad), and it does come with 3 extra pen tips, which is great. Android based system make it very versatile (comparing to Remarkable and others), not only apps but language support other than English. I have to admit that color is not the best , but it works if you are not using it to enjoy a painting or photo. The writing experience is quite pleased but the shining but not glossy surface does put some negative effort on it, hence I am waiting for my glossy paper like screen protector to come as mitigation. Response time is very good. not something you'd expect with latest Android or apple but good enough. I wish the pen rubble cap can be replaced by something thinner.... it does get in the way when I attach the pen to the tablet. There are different pen styles (pencil, ball pen, pen, etc.) which is very nice and not available for Remarkable tablets if I am not wrong. however, I wish there are ways to customize color rather than select from pre-defined color when changing colors on the pen. overall very pleased
