[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung QN90D Neo QLED 4K TV (2024) delivers exceptional brightness, rich contrast, and vibrant colors thanks to its Mini LED and Neo Quantum HDR+ tech. It’s great for bright rooms and really makes HDR content shine. Motion is smooth, and gamers will love the low input lag, 144Hz refresh rate (on select models), and HDMI 2.1 features like VRR and ALLM.
The sound is impressive for a flat-panel TV, with Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound+ adding depth. Tizen OS is fast and user-friendly, with plenty of streaming options built-in. The only drawback is the lack of Dolby Vision support, which would be expected at this price.
Overall, the QN90D is a top-tier TV for anyone seeking incredible 4K performance, especially for gaming and daytime viewing. Worth the investment.

The picture quality and features are amazing. 85 inch is the new 55 inch and everyone should own one of these. QLED is the way to go.

Really good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the features are impressive with very good picture quality. The biggest issue is the sound quality. It varies so much that it is difficult to manage. Tried many of the automatic and manual features that affect sound and video with no luck. Picture quality was better with my OLED. Not sure I would buy this again

Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:
1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
