Using the Waterdrop system has been wonderful. The system gave me an indicator that the filters would need replacing, the ordering process smooth and installation a breeze. My only regret is I did not transition to Waterdrop quicker.

Easy installation and virtually unlimited clean, healthy water. We don't have to buy the bottled stuff anymore!

Everything about ordering and getting product was great. Just wish the water discharge hose was bigger. I have to wait to fill things up. Quarter inch would be better.

Our family enjoys the way the system filters the water and leaves no chemical taste so we can drink water that tastes refreshing. Getting young people to drink water instead of sodas is not not always easy, but this filtration system has helped get them to hydrate with this water. I like that it leaves no lime deposit in my glass water pot that I use for boiling water for my tea.
