This is an excellent and affordable way to filter the water.
It also easy to change. My only issue is getting down on my knees to get under the sink. I have to make sure I use knee pads. I'm close to 80 and still do it myself.

Overall this is a good product. Iam giving 4 stars because I live in an older apartment unit that has problems with rust in some of the piping. Consequently I need to change this filter far more than the recommended amount (closer to every 45-60 days) if I want normal water pressure.
It would have been nice if the lifespan was based on typical water quality/consumption rather than a flat gallon estimate thatis water quality agnostic. I have to imagine itis possible to build a lifespan calculator thatis location-specific given publicly available water quality info.

This is the best filter money

This is the best filter money can buy in my opinion. My wife and I use the water from this filter for everything in the kitchen from making coffee, ice for drinks, cooking and everything in between. We date the install filter to remined us when it needs to be change. We rely on this filter to filter all the crap that is in the water supplied to our neighborhood. We also use a sediment filter to catch the sand, rust and well crap. we change this filter every 3 months, sometimes more often due to water pressure. We are very please with Waterdrops products.
