Simple and easy!

Let me start by saying the purchase and shipping were awesome. The box arrived at my home in 3 days. The parts were all securely boxed and wrapped. The assembly instructions were surprisingly well written and clearly illustrated. And after it was installed, it worked perfectly. Some minor adjustments were needed to level it on full extension. But the adjustments are also very straightforward and provide plenty of movement for accurate adjustments.

great awning for price point

I bought two of these last year for our deck in Montana. They are a great value and are surprisingly nice. Installation is pretty easy, but like others have noted the instructions could be better.Two summers and one winter and they still look new. Would buy them again.One thing, of course they do not do well in high wind. My husband just fashioned some brackets to anchor the awnings to our railing...we will see how this works.

Coffee color is beautiful!

I'll have to update after installation, but after peeking at the fabric I'm very pleased with the coffee color. My computer showed dull brown but it looks just like my coffee with creamer in it! It was delivered 3 days ahead of expected date and that's always a plus. Very happy so far, will update with installation/performance.OK, installation - definitely a two person job as it's so long it requires holding up on one end. The instructions are useless, just throw them away and eyeball it. If you're not a handy person, it's going to be difficult. But once you figure out how it's supposed to work, it goes smoothly with not many parts to deal with. Mine did include lag bolts for siding as well as those for brick/concrete installation so they must have added that to the package in newer shipments. Once up, it appears very solid and the crank works fairly easily (a child would have some trouble cranking it). Fabric is nice and this is going to meet my needs as well as the high-priced ones would!
