Assembly was simple, and the chair looks great! The foot rest is a bit loose when in the stored position, but it's not inconvenient. Overall, this is a good chair for the money.

I love this chair! Super comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I love the foot rest too! The arms were a little difficult to put on but besides that it was pretty easy to assemble. It definitely provides the back support I need while working at my desk.

Great customer service, super comfy

So originially they sent wrong chair. Sent them an email and they got me the right chair in a weeks time, good customer service. The chair is solid and is comfortable. Only issue we had is one bolt stripped while trying to assemble, luckily is under the chair and can use any bolt with same thread pattern to replace so no biggie. The extra padding makes this chair super comfortable. Bought this one for my dad, thinking of buying myself one.
