Not as comfortable as it looks

I weigh 135 and am 5'8. This is the firmest seat bottom I have ever sat in. I like that I can recline; I'm currently pregnant and work a desk job, so putting my feet up is a plus. It's stylish and looks nice, but lord it's hard. Don't purchase for comfort.

Seat cushion deflates quickly

I got this chair because it looked super soft! I've had it for about two months and the seat cushion sunk. I am practically sitting on the metal base. I am not that heavy. Otherwise, the back support is good and comfortable. It does tend to tilt forward if you lean out of it so be weary. I've fallen out of it trying to pick up things I've dropped. I don't regret the purchase but if you're looking for something with cushion for your butt and you weight over 140lb, I would consider other options.

For the most part the chair does the job it's designed for. The biggest concern is the looseness of the arms after being installed to the seat and back.

Very Impressive Chair.

The one thing I look for in a chair is something that's comfortable to sit on, and something I have the ability to comfortably cross my legs with when I'm sitting. It's been hard to find a chair that really accommodates that at a reasonable price. But this chair did it! I like the high back feature the best, as I can rest my neck and head on the back. It is really more comfortable than those chairs without high back feature.

design flaw

This chair is designed wrong. You sit on the front of the chair and the hydraulic cylinder is at the back of the chair thus causing the hydraulic cylinder to break. You also feel like you are being pushed off the front of the chair and not on the chair.

I've put dozens of chairs like this together over the years and this one has by far been the worst. The bolts for the bracket that connects the backrest to the seat was badly designed. The bolts screwed into the backrest's bracket just fine, but there were no nuts and washers included to attach it to the seat. I had to go to Home Depot and purchase nuts and washers to finally get this thing together. Plus, the armrests feel really flimsy no matter how much I tightened them. Once completed, however, the seat is very comfortable and the is made from some good quality material. The manufacturers need stay on top of including the correct hardware needed to complete this chair. It's a shame, because it actually looks great when completed and actually is comfortable to sit on.

Cheaply Made and Uncomfortabl!

The box was damaged when it arrived but it appeared to be not damaged. The instructions were a little confusing only pictures. I found the chair to be very cheaply made and when assembled very uncomfortable. When in the upright position there is no way to have the seat tilt towards the back. I would not purchase again, I have purchased several other office chairs at the same price from the office stores to be of better quality and way more comfortable.
