This is such a cute chair but it’s horrible. It so uncomfortable. All you feel in the seat is a hard ball of wires and after 1 week it’s defective and leaning to the right. It doesn’t roll good. The back is not comfortable as it leans back so far. It’s just a weird chair. I paid nearly 300 and my butt is number after working for 30 mins. I literally gave it to goodwill. I’m waiting on a refund which needs to come a little faster.

Was expecting more cushion on the seat and lumbar areas. The recliner feature is ok feels a bit flimsy like it may break easily.

Hello, sorry to say, but my new chair has been a big disappointment. My wife ordered the chair to replace my twenty-year-old chair and to her dismay, she found the cracking noises that occur when I sit or move in the chair to be a bit too much, she thinks the chair will fall apart at some point if you have any suggestions to cure the problem please send via e-mail.

The Back of the chair won’t stay up when you lean on it. You can’t adjust the chair to a sitting position and I really need the support for my back.
The material is very cheap and not well done. The cushioning is very thin and will be flat in no time. All around a bad investment for the price. It should be one of the 29.99 chairs. First order and will not recommend.

Nice but the seat cushion isn't fluffy enough. I got a bruise on my butt in one day from the metal pipe it sits on. I have had to add cushion to make it enjoyable.
