I love this chair and the customer service. It was easy to put together. I use it for work and gaming. I definitely recommend this chair. I've fallen asleep in it too!

I really like this chair! It shipped in just three days. Includes a hex wrench with an ergonomic handle for easy assembly. It's big and solid, tightly put together and very sturdy. The cushions are thick and resilient, I also use an extra cushion on the seat because I have leg problems, and it's very comfortable. The arms are well-cushioned and fold up, which aids my guitar playing, and the lumbar support is excellent. Attractive grey and black looks good anywhere.
