It fits perfectly on my balcony. I live in an apartment that has a slightly bigger balcony and this set was great for it. The seat are comfortable and have lasted nicely through some weather changes. We will see how the winter treats them. You definitely need more then one person to put this together.

Instructions very poorly written. I could have done it way better. The holes don't line up properly. Assembly took 3 days with those little Allen wrenches. Much smaller than the pictures.
