Missing parts

Looks great for the price

We have to return this, didn’t realize how low the backs are, and are very uncomfortable if taller than 6’. That being said, Aosom’s return policy is simple and fast. Despite having to pay close to $200 in return shipping which is my responsibility. Free shipping is only 1 way, not if you need to return it. I bought 2 units, 4hours to build, and 3 hours to take apart and put back in boxes they came in, that was not easy.

The wicker portion was like plastic, but it should hold up to getting wet. The cushions did not have a couch fabric feel to them (slick) and were thin. They could do nothing about the cushions, so we returned the set.

So first the bad: while

So first the bad: while assembling the pieces I had to re-weave some of the seat material because it came undone, so I'm not sure how long it will last. At least one of the pieces is tilted forward (the metal framing is bent so it's not quite square) and one of the pieces is shorter than the others so I had to put it on an end and turn the adjustable knobs on the bottom of that one all the way up but it's still off. The cushions all slide around so I'm going to need some velcro or something to keep them in place, and finally, when you sit down, the piece you sit on moves very easily so that you're a few inches further back than the pieces on either side of you - and I'm not slamming myself into them - maybe it's just on my wood deck that it slides so easily? Oh, and can they pack longer bolts for all the holes? The shorter bolts BARELY grabbed onto the other piece and I'm concerned that they'll come undone easily. Even 1/4" more would help. On the plus side, it does look really nice, just like the picture and for the money I guess a few hiccups are to be expected. Shipping was good and fast and communication with Aosom was great.

It's Sit's Low

The picture is a bit deceiving. The sofa I thought it would be. It sits lower and the back of the sofa could definitely be higher. The rattan is actually rattan look as it is plastic. I would not have purchased it had I seen it in the store. No more online orders for me! It will serve the purchase, but I don't look for it to be very durable for many years of use. We'll see.

Nice while it lasted

Had this set out for 2 summers, stored indoors during winter. Went to put out this year and kneeled on seat to put in place, fell right through. Seems like it uses poor quality materials. I would expect it to last more than 2 summers

Ok for the price

I purchased this set in 2016, and four years later only the rattan on the table (under the glass) has deteriorated. But, the last two winters I didn't have it covered, so I'm sure the harsh weather contributed to it falling apart quicker than expected. The biggest con: the cushions! How can they not have a replacement cover for them!!! The dimensions of the 7-piece set are wider than most standard outdoor furniture sets, so you can't even purchase another brand. If you want something cheap and modern looking for a couple of years, then get this. Otherwise, look for something else.
