Only one side works

i’m on my second one after the first one sent did not even turn on. I believe their manufacturing has changed and using cheaper facilities to cut on cost because the original doctor I have is very good. A very expensive model come to find the only one side of the fan works, and the other is useless. The unit is slated at the top to distribute air from both sides. Come to find only one operates. I would not waste your money on this air doctor.

We haven’t gotten headaches since we started using this. Our house air quality has improved and smells better. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Air Doctor Stands Behind Their Products

I bought an AD550 last November and it worked great. One day, just before the warranty was to expire the AD5500 stopped working.
Went through the issues and diagnosis with support team and they deemed it would need to be replaced.
Air Doctor sent me a new unit and a FedEx label to return the old one.
I'm buying another for my bedroom!

I was surprised at the size of the units. They are slim and compact and fit right into any room. They are also very quiet so no annoying hum.
