My husband has severe asthma and his Dr recommended we get an air purifier. We looked at many but saw a commercial on The AirDoctor and read the material. We are beyond delighted with it. The air actually smells fresher! We have a two story home so we will be getting another one for upstairs. The 5500 does our whole downstairs very well.

I bought both the 5500 and 3500 models for my multi-level home. The 5500 hardly makes any noise at all when blue, which is 99% of the time. Much quieter than the 3500. Best filtering on the market! Love them both!

Breathe easy!

Due to the many recent wildfires in the region and the resulting heavy smoke, we felt it imperative to get AirDoctor for our home. We love breathing clean, ionized air again! Air Doctor operates silently. Straightforward set-up. Highly recommended!

I wish I would have purchased sooner. Have been using after new flooring installed and it has helped so much with the strong glue smell. The air is definitely clean feeling, even my teenage son walked into the house and said, “ The air just feels so crisp and clean.” And he didn’t even know I had plugged the air doctor in.

This thing fooled us.., in a good way

1600 sf house. We decided on the 5500. Due to 4th of July event bought 1 extra year’s worth of filters.. the filter box is shockingly heavy . They are insanely well made and substantial.
Set up took a couple of minutes. Plugged it in and powered on in auto mode, it went high speed fan with red indicator cycling down to blue (lo speed) in a couple of minutes and there it stays. It’s silent. Then as days went on the thought occurred “how do we know if this thing really monitors air quality or it’s just on low speed all the time.
A worker finished laying a small area of vinyl on second floor and suddenly Airdoctor kicked up to yellow and the fan sped up… he must have kicked up dust. It the. Returns to blue after 5 minutes or so.
A few days later, a grilled cheese was a touch overdone and the air doctor sensed the slight burnt bread smoke and instantly sped up until the scent (smoke) was gone. So this thing absolutely monitors air quality. It’s nice being looked after.
