This is a great product

This is our third AirDoctor. It is a replacement for our second unit. It was just out of warranty and it stopped working. We called and told the person on the phone what happened. They sent us a replacement and we sent the defective unit back.
We are more than happy with the service that we received.

We have had our 3500 for about a month now. We keep it in our dining room, which is open to our living room and attached to our kitchen (but more closed off). We have noticed the biggest difference when cooking things! It really ramps up during certain dinners we cook or when we season our cast irons. It’s comforting to know what our family is breathing! We also live in northern WI and experience bad smoke from Canada. I can’t speak on this yet as it has been a mild year but will update as time goes on!

Clean fresh air while Sleeping

AirDoctor is awesome. Just purchased AirDoctor 3500 to place in my master bedroom. It provides clean, clear, fresh air all night long….and also acts as a quiet “white noise” to help fall asleep and stay asleep. This is my 3rd AirDoctor in the house. I highly recommend them.

I hope it lasts

This is the third one I’ve had bc the other two just stopped working. One stopped after three months, the second after 4 months. I live alone, I got it , plugged them in and turned them on.
They were never bothered or damaged. They both just stopped working. I’ve only had this one for about a month.
Hopefully it will make it to its first filter change.
It seems good when it works . So I’m not sure how to rate this one . Rating is based on what seems like poor quality for an expensive product and being told that if another one breaks, I won’t be given a third replacement . Even if it’s within the warranty date. As if it’s my fault that the products are extra defective.
On a positive note, both replacements came promptly.

We can literally watch it ramp up when we are cooking or use an aerosol to rapidly clean the air. I am just finishing up cancer treatments and it is giving us extra confidence that my exposure to germs is low.
