Beyond Expectations

We have been extremely pleased with the AirDoctor. It has been working beyond our expectations. I have a laser engraver that I have vented out the window but also wanted an air filter to ensure the quality of air in our house. I've been very impressed with how well the AirDoctor works in conjunction with the laser and an unexpected bonus has been that it is absorbing the odors. In the past there was always a slight odor while cutting materials and the AirDoctor has been doing amazing at removing these odors so it is often not obvious to our household that I have even been running the laser! Would 100% recommend!

Loud and cold

It just runs too hard. The low mode should be imperceptible. Instead, it can be heard from another floor in the house. And the amount of air it moves makes the room drafty. When it kicks into high, you’ll think the unit is malfunctioning. I’m compelled to wait with it until it returns to at least medium speed to ensure it doesn’t overheat. I have since seen competitive units that are not noticeable in a room. Also, the volume of emails that are received after this purchase is unacceptable. For something that needs filters once every six months, two emails daily from aren’t necessary.
