Remote Management Poor!

The remote capability stopped working. I contacted support and I was informed that this is a known issue that they are working to resolve.

Performance of the machine is remarkable . I noticed a change of air quality of our home. For the number of months we are using it ( 9 months)I am glad we got it. Replacement filters are a bit pricey.

Air Doctor 3500 recommended by one of the top doctors in South Carolina!

Dr. Bettina Herbert, at Gesundheit Carolina recommended that I buy the 3500 machine. . So far I have bought three of them and will probably get another one or more, because they are so well-made and effective.
I know she has recommended the same machine to other patients who have purchased a machine from you.
It is just a suggestion on my part, unbeknownst to Dr. Herbert, But I would highly recommend that you give her a 3500 machine to show your appreciation and be an on-site incentive for her patients to buy even more of the machines!!
I do not know if you offer her any kind consideration For selling machines for you, But I do know that she is one of your strongest advocates, and she does deserve some sort of compensation for her consistent and constant efforts to get her patients to buy your machines.

We bought this Air Doctor specifically to protect our family from paint fumes while we were painting the interior of our home. We used it a little prior to painting and then the weekend that we painted. Since then, every time we use it it makes the air smell like paint. We've vacuumed the filters. I will not be buying again, as it seems these filters are one time use against pollutants.

The Air Doctor was purchased for my wifes constant coughing in a home with a dust issue because of the locale we live in and the fact that we have three dogs.
The Air Doctor is extremely sensitive to foreign matter in the air. The lights on the machine indicate when a dog enters the area the light turns red or amber and immediately kicks into high filter mode! tThen as the contaminates are removed it scales down!! Awesome machine!
