the first one did not work at a non-variable speed when I selected specific speeds. the replacement whines. when I contacted the company again via email, I never heard back.

This really does clean the air. I’ve noticed a difference in the smell of the air and it automatically kicks up a notch when it senses something in the air that needs to be cleared.

We have this one in our room and it is so incredibly quiet, I love it! I love the option that I am able to turn off all the lights on it too. We turn all our purifiers to auto and let them run as needed. We are pleased and hope it continues to work well for us.

I like most everything about this air cleaner.
Air doctor functions well, and has good data behind its product.
My one wish to make it even better for our environment, and consumer's pocketbooks, would be reusable, cleansable filters.

I felt the difference in my home just after the first 1/2 hr. AirDoctor was plugged in. I had been suffering with post nasal drip and sore throats. With a few days all symptoms were gone. I am glad I ordered this machine that my naturopath recommended.
