[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam is nice, but the halls pad is really strong to the point that I couldn’t put my face near the machine. Without the pad I think it wouldn’t be that bad, or if I was more congested.

clear sinuses for life

Not handheld

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and use. Takes a while to get it to steam. The highest steam level is a little low for my liking but does what it's supposed to do. My only complaint is that it seems like it's supposed to be handheld which would be fantastic, but the instructions say not to do that.

First time I used it and it does not work.

I got this a few months ago and put it up. Today is the first time I have used it. It does NOT work. It lights up green, blinks green twice and then turns a steady solid red. That's it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
