Remote Battery Difficult to Place and Remotes not

I just bought this massager it works well but to remove the plastic film on the remote, you have to open the back. This was too difficult and once I removed the cover I could not put it back. One remote I was able to put it back but the remote doesn't work so I have both the remotes are not working.
