I only used it once but so far I think I will like it. However I couldn't get the remote battery cover opened.

Wow! What an awesome machine! I received this for Mother’s Day and has been a very good replacement for the in-person foot massages I used to receive prior to covid. The intensity is adjustable with the settings so both my hubby and I can use it. This is not a flimsy product that tickles your feet and calves. This will be the best foot and leg massager you will come across for the home.

After receiving this massager, we plugged it in and away went all our worries. Just make “SURE” you don’t use the number 5 pressure setting at first!!! It gets deep in there where the pain is! It is AWESOME! Thanks guys!

First, great service from a gentleman named David at MIKO. He really knows customer service. My first contact was via email then phone. He took the time to explain the Miko MAS ll foot massages to me. I am a disabled Veteran, having had spinal surgery and experiencing significant Neuropathy. I was looking for a system, to keep the nerves and blood flow stimulated in my feet. This is exactly what I was looking for. the MAS ll delvers and has heat, vibration, pressure settings and three levels of massage, is easy to use and does come with a remote control. I was so impressed with the unit and the customer service, I purchased another one for my son and daughter in law and they enjoy it also. In my opinion, this is one of the best health products available to the consumer and along with great customer service made my overall purchasing experience enjoyable!

Absolutely love my Miko foot massager! The different modes make an amazing experience. To top it off, I recieved great customer service and was sent a extra remote just incase I or a family member miss place it. 5stars/highly recommended.

Unit came in a timely manner Remote did not work Contacted Miko and they responded quickly with sending me a new one. Customer service was great. Unusual in today's world.I really like the functioning of the unit. Really makes a difference in how my feet feel.
