Great Foot/Calf Massager & Great Customer Service from Miko

After a couple of days of doing research on foot/calf massagers I decided that the Miko Mas 2 was definitely the product I was looking for. It had great reviews and the price was in the range I wanted to spend on one. I just received it today and immediately began using it for calf pain I have been experiencing. I felt immediate relief after the first use! I heard a noise from the machine when I used it at an angle (not heard when it was flat). I contacted Miko and spoke with David who was very polite and professional. After hearing the noise, he stated he would be sending out a replacement machine the next day due to it already being 6pm. I am happy with this product thus far and definitely very happy with the customer service provided by the company!Jorge F.

Wow: Great Massager

After using this massager for a few weeks I can say confidently that this is a great product.The massager has many options, and it is very powerful. Very well built. After a full day on my feet I come home and after 30 minutes of massage I feel like I'm in heaven.

I purchased this to help reduce the effects of diabetic neuropathy. I feel a definite improvement in the circulation in both my feet and lets. Would definitely purchase again.

Foot massager does a thorough job

I have been impressed by the thoroughness of the foot massage provided by this Miko foot massager Shiatsu machine. The four functions and range of control provide for a satisfying experience every time. The machine provides all one would want or could expect from a human masseuse. Highly recommended!

Miko Foot and calf massager

I’ve been using the Miko Foot Massager every day since I received it about two weeks ago. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and it has been very helpful in relieving some the pain. There are some Cons for me which is why I took off one star, although not a deal breaker...the remote does not work if you try to active the massager while sitting back. You have to actually bend over and point it at the front of the massager for it to work. Also, it feels as if some of the pressure point nodes have sharp edges which can be a little uncomfortable at times with higher settings. Other than that, it’s a really good machine and very easy to use. It’s also noteworthy to mention the great customer service. They are very responsive to emails, and even offered me a complimentary foot insert and a replacement remote when I could not get the original remote to work. Ultimately, I did not require a replacement remote, because I was able to get the original to work.
