It was ok. The pressure even at the lowest setting is very tight. The remote doesn’t work very well, and no usage instructions were provided.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. Looked into the reviews and was hoping to get an intense foot massager for my mom who needs it. I was NOT disappointed. I’m so glad it can get deep in your foot to relieve tension for my mom.
