I loved everything about it, the pressure, the heating, love that it comes with 2 remotes and they are magnetic so I don’t lose it, everything is amazing.

Terrible - No support, I wish I could use

Purchased one and used few months only, the fabric had a hole, and I reached out for replacement part. Haven’t heard back 9 months, have not been able to use my massager again. Bad investment.
