It great at compression and massage of the middle and front part of foot , but it doesnt compress the back heel. It doe massage the heal, but the compression of entire foot would be perfect.

The massager is great! My two recommendations would be to add an option to turn off the beeps or lower the volume, as well as a heat-only option.

I bought this last week and tried for the first time today. I think I will enjoy it as I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fasciitis and this will help loosen things up. The only thing is I wish there was a longer cord available.
