We enjoy the massage but jeez what a confusion to open the remote to sort out the battery. And they could have made the range for the remote a bit further. I almost launched it as I thought its not working. But it does what it needs to do I guess.

I have severe neuropathy in one foot after neurosis removal. The massager gives some relief at the end of the day.
