I purchased this item 6 months ago and enjoy it immensely while working @ my desk. Unfortunately the Y2 stop working. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and after proof of purchase and date of purchase they immediately sent me a replacement. I use the product daily and for at least 1 hour for great relief.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Foot Massager

I just received my Miko-Y2 foot massager. My wife and I used it for the first time last night. Why did I wait so long to buy this product. Just plug it in put you feet in and off you go. The warmth and the massage was wonderful. I bought this on line. It arrived as scheduled and everything was perfect. Would definitely buy this again.

I have just received this massager, and have used it many times. It is so relaxing and soothing, I have been troubled with plantar fasciitis and am very impressed with the relief I’ve received with just a short time! Love the rollers, but especially the compression, feels so good on tired feet! Going to buy as a gift!

CONS
-Remote is ok. The range is pretty poor so you have to almost have it within a foot or less of the massager, which kind of defeats the purpose of a remote.
-The massaging function stops at the posterior edge of the sole of your foot. In other words, there's no compression or massage of your heel or Achilles area if that is what you are looking for.

SUMMARY
Overall, this is a fantastic, well-built foot massager. I've been having some really sore feet due to plantar fascia issues. In combination with my separate foot stretches, 15 minutes per day with this Y2 massager has helped a lot.
