[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good styling curling iron. Not super easy to use because it does not come with a thermal glove. Comes with a good range of heat temperatures and it is a very pretty blue/green color.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful design but hard on hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and design of the curling iron. I checked the price compared to similar ones and they were all around the same price. I have fine hair that loses curl fast and had hoped this was the answer but I was wrong. The actual top of the iron is coated is this silicon material which grabs ahold of hair. Even with out any product on my hair, the curling iron grabs hold and doesn't let go. It was a challenge getting the thing to let go of my hair let alone produce a good curl. It pulled, and yanked hair out. I like to think of myself as a pro when it comes to styling my own hair. I curl my hair at least 4× a week to give it a little bit of volume/ bounce even if its only for a few hours. This was not the curling iron for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lovely outcome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was great for my hair and my daughter's. We both have 2 different textures. I have natural thin and brittle hair that comes to my mid-back. My daughter hair is natural curly and fine.
It worked perfectly fine and it gripped the hair easy with no pulling or tugging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this curler so much, it's so effortless and it doesn't leave my hair feeling crispy if that makes sense haha. I 10/10 recommend it! Alright so let me just speak my honest opinion about this product, I'm absolutely amazed by it. I have very fine hair so when I use a curling iron my hair usually falls out once I start using it. I never curl my hair because of that, this one in particular I can actually use. It's not because how big the curling wand is but because of the clip itself, after you place your hair in it and clip it down it stays because it has a rubber/silicone heat resistant pad so my hair actually stays in it! I would definitely recommend this product to someone that has fine/thin hair. The heat or temperature on it is great too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this curling iron, it's been years since I've used a curling iron with a clip, but I think I will stick with clipless. Let's start with the things I liked about the curling iron: I loved how innovative it was to have a silicone clip and that it's targeted for fine hair to help reduce heat damage. However, I found the clip to yank at my hair and the curls didn't hold as long as my clipless iron lasts. For reference, when I use my normal wand my hair will hold a curl/wave until I wash it out (3-4 days later) and by the end of the day when I used this iron, my hair was flat again. Overall, I don't think it would help minimize heat damage if I want my hair to be curled/waved for multiple days as I would have to recur every day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great curling iron for fine hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I was very impressed by how fast this curling iron heats up! I was able to plug it in and start curling my hair in less than a minute. I also really appreciate how well this product is tailored to fine hair.
The silicone clip took a little getting used to, because I normally curl my hair from the root, then loosen the clip and pull the iron through. The silicone grabs onto the hair a little tighter than ceramic, but combined with the lower default heat settings, it was gentle on my hair and helped to maintain my natural volume. I was pleasantly surprised by how my healthy the ends looked after I'd finished curling my hair, because a lot of times they end up looking dry after applying any kind of heat. I was able to achieve the beach-y curls I wanted and didn't have to use a lot of spray to reinforce volume.
The curls lasted a long time! I slept on them and woke up the next morning with nice, just slightly looser waves. I was able to just brush my hair and go!
My only concern about this curling iron would be its' level of durability. It's very lightweight, with a handle that feels a bit fragile.
Overall, the OhSoKind Curling Iron has been a wonderful addition to my collection of hair styling tools. I would recommend it to anyone with fine hair!
