Beautiful stove!

My husband and I bought this stove about a month ago, and we finally got it installed. I love how sleek and professional it looks in our kitchen! I cook most of our meals at home, so it's great to have the option of six burners. The cast iron griddle is also amazing, and I've used it almost every day since we got the stove installed. The only slight issue I've noticed is that there is an initial smell of gas when we turn on the oven. I've found that this smell is minimized if I turn the oven on low and wait a minute or two before turning it up to my desired temperature. The smell dissipates after a couple of minutes of the oven being on. Other than that, this stove is pretty perfect and I can't wait to cook all of my favorite meals on it!

We have not had the opportunity to use the oven yet, but it is beautiful! We got the black and gold and are very happy! If I’m able to update my review once we’ve used it, I will.

Wonderful experience so far! Customer Service was helpful through tracking the delivery. Definitely had an intense smell/ smoke as it burned off the first heat-up but to be expected. Can't wait to use this new addition.

This is a perfect range for a cook not too many gadgets just makes it very easy to cook highly recommend it for somebody who enjoys cooking

A bit disappointing

I received & installed a couple months ago. Shipped to my rural home- ordered white but received SS. Also 1 rack came with track fallen apart & ball bearings loose in oven. Kucht has since sent me the proper white door & kick plate but now I must install. And I'll have an extra oven door to store - I'm still awaiting the replacement rack which is on back order.
A couple of the knobs don't function well on initial lighting - get a bit stuck and hard to get burner lit. Once lit it operates well. My only other complaint is the knobs get very hot when you use the oven- almost too hot to touch.
the customer service was easy to use and very helpful / responsive- so that's good.

Red Gas Range

The range took more than a month to get delivered. And it came without the red door I ordered. The door took another 2 weeks for the delivery. The gas range itself is good so far.
