I got the gas range approx a month ago and have loved it, looks beautiful. I did have an issue with the knobs getting hot when using the oven and emailed customer service. They immediately reconciled the issue.

This stove top is great. Customer service was really helpful in understanding that this oven is calibrated to convection oven temp.

Bought this after seeing it in my brother’s new kitchen. He’s had it for two years and loves it, no complaints.. I just installed it a few days ago. Looks beautiful and no problems so far!
