Great product and amazing team!

We purchased this in September as we were redecorating our kitchen. The range looks amazing and works very very well. We got the hood and optional accessories to switch as needed during functions.
I must say the customer service is first class and the support is wonderful. We would purchase this again!

Wrong color range was in correctly labeled box

Ordered white, box stated white, range is all stainless. Also, rubber foot stayed in box, good thing we eventually noticed this and didn't slide the tubular metal foot on our new vinyl floor. Other than that, well built and looks great. Few the money spend, we're anxious to see how well we get service on our color issue.

Great looking stove

Just bought one for our newly remodeled kitchen and it looks great. Materials feel high quality, powerful burners. Blue door and kick plate were not shipped in initial delivery, but customer service was outstanding and rectified situation quickly.

Solid construction with quality materials

The range was delivered today, and we are happy to finally have a rage that suits our purposes (lots of baking of homemade whole wheat bread), looks sharp and does without all the added electronic devices (clock, timers, etc.) whose functions are redundant if you have a watch or other clocks. Sadly, the glide for the upper rack was broken on the way to delivery and will be replaced soon, though we can use the oven without a problem--the rack still works. Well done basic is always better than fancy bells and whistles.
