Great product! I don't cook with aluminum as it's a neurotoxin and has been banned in Europe. This pan/grille combo works great AND is safe to cook with.

This is my favorite go to pan! Of course I've used it to broil, but I also 7sed it to bake my French fries and they came out of the oven better than I've ever had!
