It’s a good case but it’s just a plastic case I feel like I could have shopped around for an alternative brand and got the same protection with less cost. But that being said I do believe the life of the case should be a long one.

Well, make sure you want this case on the phone. For me it was exceedingly difficult to remove. Ended up cutting it off. But, that’s just my experience with. Went back to holster.

Hi there! We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! If you still have that case, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we'd be happy to look into some replacement case options for you.
