Need help making warranty claim!

I recieved this presto sealer for a birthday gift! It was Awsome until a few months ago. Used it one day , put it away after cleaning it. The next time I went to use it it’s not “ clicking” closed on one side! I am trying to claim warranty but keep getting kicked out when I’m almost done. I guess I’m gonna have to call in, because I’m just getting no were and my warranty’s gonna expire before your app allows me to get this issue fixxed! I would happily change star rating to a 5 if I could get this issue fixxed. Because I Absolutely Love my Sealer and really just want it back in working order!!
