When I got this printer I had to charge it over 8 hours. Didn’t want to turn on. I printed one picture and it was dead again. Quality of the pic was terrible. I was really disappointed unfortunately.

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. SET UP: I opened my HP Sprocket Printer and was surprised at how easy it was to unbox and set up. I was able to have a photo printed after 5 or so minutes. The instructions were basic and easy to read, which makes it easy to use for any individual. I liked how you could customize the lighting on the printer to a color of your choosing. You are also able to customize and change your photos on the app previous to printing. The HP Sprocket Printer prints very quickly so you hardly have to wait. PHOTOS: Although the photos came out fast, I was very disappointed with the quality of them. I felt the coloring was not close to the original photo. I was expecting excellent quality as the photos are only 2x3 inches. I have no use for photos that are that tiny. After having a few to put on my mirror I ran out of ideas of what to do with these photos. They are too small to put in a picture frame, which makes makes spending money on this printer very impractical. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I was highly disappointed with this printer as it seems very impractical to me. The quality lacks and the pictures are too small to do much with. I would suggest that you could customize the size of the photos you want. I would also suggest that the color quality be better. With a photo that small the colors should be bright and detailed. I also wish it would print using bluetooth so I wouldn`t have to add another app on my phone as I already run out of space.

I bought this for my wife and her girlfriends to play with while they were on "girls trip" together. They all loved it and the software! 3 of the other 6 ladies on the trip have already purchased their own Sprocket for Christmas gifts!
