I bought this to be able to add photos to my bullet journal. It’s a good quality printer... the best part is that no ink is required! The size is perfect... small/ light enough to carry around with an extra pack of papers (I bought a carrying case), but big enough to not feel flimsy. My only complaint would be that tweaks are needed to have pictures come out as vibrant as they are on my phone. I find the colors to be a bit washed out/ yellowish. It’s pretty easy to edit so I’m not too concerned about the print color quality.
A little tricky at first but after...great product

It’s a great product but packaging gives it the appeal it is an “eh” product. After connecting and downloading the app, nothing would print through the app. Got frustrated and tried many things. Turns out, we had to power the Sprocket off and on before we could print anything (it was connected but no printing until resetting the power). After the printer restarted, it’s been a fun, nifty tool to use and makes great, 2”x3” clear photos with it. Nowhere in the instructions or app did it say we had to power off and on the device for it to print. The device prints fairly fast (about the same as a color photo from a regular sized HP printer).
Not great quality but a fun thing to have if you’re getting it as a gift. It’s fun that it’s portable but I want something that’s going to print actual photo quality
I bought this thinking it would work the same as my old Sprocket. But it did not work like my old one, it said my IPad could not support it. I really think that more should have been said about the Sprocket in the advertising about it.

Hi there,
I'm so sorry that you're having difficulties using your iPad with the printer. This wasn't at all our intention, so I'd really like to see how I can help resolve this.
I would first like to clarify that any iPads past the original 4th generation are compatible with the Sprocket. To ensure you're using a supported iPad, you can visit the 'Mobile System and Device Requirements' section of this document: support.hp.com/document/c06037820
If you are using an iPad on that list, please contact us for support so we can work through this with you. We'd be more than happy to help, so you can give us a call at +1 800-474-6836 between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm ET. To expedite things a bit, I recommend gathering this information beforehand: - Model number - Serial number - Your location - Your case number (from prior contact with support)
