Works very well even on low and quiet

Very happy with this vent. It does its job easily on low and we only need to turn it up when using very high heat. It’s a loud on max but honestly that’s to be expected and that’s really just for the “oops something’s burning” events. We did install it further out from the wall so that it sits over the front burners which definitely helps. I haven’t tried the WiFi yet but hoping to run an automation to have it turn on low when a stove burner is on (stove is a ge cafe with WiFi).

Legit Saved My Smoke Alarm (and My Marriage)

Alright, so picture this: I'm tryin' to impress the wife with some fancy pan-seared scallops. Next thing I know, smoke EVERYWHERE. My old hood woulda just coughed and died. This Hauslane? I yelled 'ALEXA, HOOD ON TURBO!' (yeah, I was panicking, okay?) and WHOOSH. Thing sucked up that smoke cloud like it was nothin'. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. My wife was impressed, smoke alarm stayed quiet, dinner was salvaged (mostly). This hood is a BEAST. And it’s not even that loud when it’s goin' full blast. Plus, the filters just pop in the dishwasher. Easy peasy.

This thing is CLUTCH for small kitchens!

Living in an apartment, you know the struggle. Cook one thing with onions and your whole place smells for days. My old vent was a joke. This Hauslane tho? Total game changer. It's super slim, so it fit perfectly in my tiny kitchen reno, didn't even have to get new cabinets. And the power? Yo, I can fry fish and you'd barely know it an hour later. Even on the lower settings, it's doin' bits. Plus, it's so quiet I can actually listen to my podcasts while I'm cooking. The app control is kinda nifty too, not gonna lie. If you're on the fence, just get it.

My Kitchen Finally Feels Like a REAL Kitchen!

I take my weekend cooking pretty seriously, and my old hood just wasn't cutting it. This Hauslane unit? Man, it's like night and day. That turbo mode is no joke – seared a massive ribeye last Saturday, and the kitchen air stayed totally clear. My wife even commented she couldn't smell it all over the house! And it's surprisingly quiet. We can actually have a conversation while I'm cooking, even with the fan on a decent speed. The stainless steel looks super sharp, really elevated the whole vibe of my kitchen. Feels solid, like it's gonna last. Def recommend.

Wasn't Sure About "Smart," But Now I'm Hooked!

I'll admit, I was skeptical about needing voice control for a range hood. Seemed a bit gimmicky. But after a month with this Hauslane, the HauSMART™ tech is my favorite feature! Telling Alexa to crank up the fan when my hands are messy is surprisingly useful. Beyond that, it's a fantastic hood. The power is there when I need it (hello, turbo mode for searing!) and it's shockingly quiet. The sleek built-in design looks great. Very happy I took the plunge.

we are extremely happy with our new HAUSLANE exhaust fan. I love that I can use my phone to turn it off and on and regulate the fan. Even though you really can’t see it it is quite lovely looking.
