[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This solar light is good to hang on the wall next to your outside door. It helps when you are searching for your keys and unlocking your door after a long day at work. The light setting can be changed from white led to amber lighting.

Perfect for exterior lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, thank you to Influenster and Techno for gifting me the Solar Wall Light in return for an honest review. Second, while this was not the item I expected, it was gratefully received and I have really enjoyed it. I particularly appreciate the versatility and convenience of not having to plug it in and will always opt for solar energy. The Techno Solar Wall Light can literally be used anywhere and stays lit for over 12 hours in just one charge. It would be great, not only being used on the exterior of a home, but can be used while camping, in the car or even as a flashlight if you like. It is light weight and charging can be charged either from the top or bottom allowing for a variety of hanging options. It also has two different lighting options. The Techno Solar Wall Light can be purchased directly from Techno or Amazon for a very affordable price.

Not what was pictured

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the techko solar wall light free for review from Influenster. That in no way changes my honest opinion of this product. The first thing is that the item I received was not the item pictured. I should have known something was not correct because the description was for a bilateral wall light and pictured was a set of 2 solar tiki lamps. I have attached pictures of both items with this review. I was very excited to receive the tiki lamps, so it was a huge letdown when this light arrived. This light came as a single fixture and definitely needs more than one to provide ample light to accent any area I put it. As an outdoor porch light or entryway light it is very dim. I would need to place one on each side of my door to provide enough light. This light could be used as an accent along my deck railing, but again you would need several to provide any sort of pathway lighting.

I thought I was going to get two and I chose completely different looking pair of lights. I was sent just one rectangle solar wall light but it is pretty cool. I am thankful for the one I was sent. It is a solar dual direction wall light with a amber or white light feature. You can switch between the colors by a little push button. It's easy to install anywhere you need to add some light. You don't just have to hang it on a wall. But you DO NEED it to be somewhere natural light can get to it so it can charge the solar panel. You can have it vertically or horizontal I think that's a cool feature to have on them too. If you are looking for solar lights I highly recommend you take a look at Techko Kobot Inc. They have so many different lights to choose from.

The Light I Didn’t Know I was Looking For

Situated on a small, angular wall within our courtyard, the doorbell lacked adequate illumination, relying solely on ambient light from sources like the overhead fixture for the front door and underwater lighting from a fountain, neither of which provided suitable coverage due to their manual control and positioning. Initially considering only traditional electric lighting options, I realized the impracticality of wiring installation and the need for an extra circuit breaker due to the location’s constraints. However, the realization that a solar-powered solution mounted higher up had escaped me until now.
Installing the light was a breeze—simply mount the bracket and hang. The solar-powered feature ensures self-sustaining illumination for up to 12 hours per charge, alleviating the need for extensive wiring or frequent maintenance. Moreover, its automatic dusk activation removes the hassle of manual timers or adjustments for daylight savings time.
The light offers two distinct settings, providing either a cozy, lantern-like warmth or a crisp, bright white akin to an LED bulb. Despite its modern design, it seamlessly blends into its surroundings, with the focus drawn solely to the dual light sources emanating from the top and bottom. Measuring at 3.54 x 3.66 x 9.25 inches, it delivers ample brightness for its intended purpose without overwhelming the space.
Impressed by its performance, I’ve already ordered two more units to test on other doors detached from the main house. Techko’s Solar Wall Light has truly exceeded my expectations, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal without the need for invasive installations.

Not the same as picture?

You can screw it directly into a surface and it’s solar powered so you don’t have to worry about changing batteries! Looks cute but could be a little brighter.
