Exceptional Product

It is often difficult for me to get away from my desk so I thought a standing desk would help me gets steps in during the work day. I haven&t missed my daily goal since bringing the standing desk converter to the office. It was so easy to set up, there is plenty of room for my 2 monitors. It is sturdy and stable and I can easily raise and lower it with one hand. Definitely worth every cent!

Great product for back pain

I have two of these for work in office and a home office. It is easy to move up and down. It’s a great for back health to stand up and work throughout the day rather than be confined to a chair.

Standing desk arrived within 2 days, and is perfect. I&m 6&3", and I appreciate the generous height. This is my second desk of this type (the first was a different brand), and the M7 is far better both in height and space. Big thumbs up!

Far Exceeded My Expectations!

I LOVE this product! It fit perfectly into the slim space I had next to my printer on my L-shaped desk! This product exceeded my expectations. The removable keyboard tray is a great feature as well. I also love that the keyboard tray has padding underneath to help protect the top of my desk as well. This is the best product I could find for an excellent price point! So many others out there that cost a fortune. If you are on the fence about this product, I encourage you to go ahead and purchase it; you won&t be disappointed!

Great for a small space, but too wobbly when upright

This model is great for desks that don&t have a lot of space. However, when I raise it to standing height, it wobbles a bit too much when I type. I generally like to rest my wrists a bit where the keyboard sits. I will just have to try to keep them raised while typing standing up.

"Standing Up" for FlexiSpot...

I have been using the FlexiSpot AlcoveRiser Standing Desk Converter M7 for a few weeks and find that it meets my needs; I am very picky. At first you need to remember to use it in the standup position, then after a while you need to remember that it is okay to use it sitting down once in a while. Standing up has helped with back fatigue and also makes it easy to just walk away, for a break, from a project that you are immersed in, which just might be helping me with creativity. I plan to purchase a quality mat in a few weeks, which I anticipate will further enhance my favorable experience. This desk converter is rated to hold 33 lbs, enough for my 24-inch monitor, a Mac mini, two portable external drives, a Bose SoundLink Mini, keyboard and mouse, leaving ~10 lbs to spare (see photo of my setup). For me, raising and lowering the desk converter is an easy, natural and safe movement while standing or sitting. I am six-feet tall and the up position meets my needs with several inches up to spare. In a market where there are many choices, the best advice that I can give is that I see no reason not to buy this model if its size and price point is right for you; if not, FlexiSpot has several other model to choose from and my assumption is that quality should not be a problem with any FlexiSpot standing desk-converter model.
