My desk came with a "pressure crack". Flexispot immediately sent a new one -- no problem whatsoever. I will tell everyone that I know who "sits too much" to get a standing desk from FLEXISPOT!!! My back is feeling better already.

The standing desk converter is PERFECT. It&s absolutely what I needed since I already had a desk and just added a walking pad underneath it. The converter works when I&m sitting and is easy to adjust when I want to stand. The one handed operation is smooth and there is plenty of room on the surface for my 2nd monitor and my laptop. Nothing to put together and I had everything in place in 5 minutes.

I got a one with defect which cannot fix by myself, Flexispot replaced one for me, the new one is great, very easy to lift up and down.
