Been using my new standing desk for 2 weeks now. So far it’s been great, I really like the glass top. It’s super easy to clean, and can be used like a white board. So far, it’s been a good experience.

Great but electronics faulty

The motor, faulty ... It goes up and down but will stop and reverse on its own so I have to manually raise and lower by clicking single clicks instead of programming heights or holding the up/down buttons

Thank you for sharing your experience. But, We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused. this desk has the anti-collision feature. Anti-collision operates when an obstruction is detected while moving up or down. The desk will stop automatically and move in the opposite direction for a short distance. ?Kindly make sure that there is no obstruction on or under the desk when you are adjusting its height. To adjust the sensitivity of this feature, please see the instructions below:

a. Keep pressing the "▲ " and "▼" buttons at the same time for 5 seconds to switch the sensitivity to level 1, 2 or 3.?
b. When the display shows " A-1", it signifies low sensitivity. "A-2 " signifies medium sensitivity and "A-3 " signifies high sensitivity. If it shows A-0, it means that anti-collision is off.

I was worried about what I would be getting for this price, but the desk looks great and feels nice and sturdy. It was packaged nicely and was easy to put together. It is exactly what I was hoping for.
