Good product, bad packaging.

The heating element arrived in a box printed with words that said "instructions inside". No instructions were inside or on the website; however, I was able to find another website with instructions, Otherwise, I would have had to hire a handyman or electrician to install it.
The element itself has worked well, producing the required amount of heat for my 60-year-old oven to prolong its life.
