I was quite skeptical about the desk first. However, the desk board and frame arrived intact. The bamboo desk board is super sturdy and it doesn’t look like it scratches easily. I love how it has 4 heights saved.

Well, let me tell you, skepticism is our middle name! Just kidding! But we&re delighted to hear that you took the plunge, and it turned out great for you. It&s awesome to know the bamboo desk board is as sturdy as a rock (a really stylish one, too!), and it&s got that ninja-like resistance to scratches. If you need anything else or have more questions, just rub the desk three times, and we&ll appear to assist you! Cheers, Ramzes (FlexiSpot Team)
The desk is a little bit challenging to put together (nothing crazy) but works as advertised. Mine was missing a grommet but otherwise arrived undamaged and intact.

This is a really solid desk. I’ve never had a standing desk before and after doing a ton of research, I decided Flexispot was an acceptable choice for my price range. I honestly expected a much lower quality desk than what I received. It is packaged really well, comes with a lot of nice extras for cable management, and it is really solid even at the highest setting. I thought I was purchasing a desk to get by until I could afford something better, but I don’t think I will need to upgrade anytime soon.

The desk is easy to build and it is very sturdy! The raising and lowering motion of the desk is quiet. You can easily hide all the cords.

chipboard top came dented in three places and the edges all around the chipboard top are sharp. the chipboard top is finished in that scratchy matt black thing they do also. I prefer the glossy smooth finishes :shrugs:
the touch button panel is hyper-sensitive and will trigger the movement of the table at the slightest graze.
the actual lifting hardware is solid, touch on the slow side, but very smooth lifting.
the motors can only really handle about 395lb (179kg). I got the E4 error during testing at exactly 395lb.
all in all, I&d buy the hardware again. skip the hyper-expensive chipboard top though.
