They really need to simplify assembly

Not a bad desk but assembly is a nightmare. My shipment came missing three of one kind of screw, and some parts are not pre-drilled, meaning you have to own a drill and drill your own pilot holes.

After putting the desk together

After putting the desk together it is completely not operational. Reached out to support and was told there are no operators call back later. Contacted via email and have been working through troubleshooting steps with support, which I only hear from a maximum of once per day with suggestions that have not worked. Nearly a week after setup the desk does not work at all.

Memory function is great, enough for 2 people. The mechanism is quiet enough, and stability is sufficient even for a comfortable work with monitor arms when in an upright position. Great purchace!

* Please realize the wood top is not real wood. Somehow I missed that when I ordered. Also, the initial price advertised is only for the frame!

Very well-designed, and very well-built. Solid, stable, neat, attractive, and functional.
Assembly was smooth and easy. Parts fit together precisely, instructions were easy to understand and follow.
Desk is solid with no wiggle. Motorized lift is smooth and the right speed. Controls are intuitive.

Pretty Good Overall

I got the below E7 Pro. The E7 Pro is great, works smooth and can handle a good amount of weight with the dual motors.
The reason for a minus one star is the wood material for the desk is this Dark Bamboo which has these curved 45 degree sides. I did not know that the sides were curved/angled which causes mounts to fit the top of the desk right.
additionally, some monitor arm clamps that have had a lot of weight placed on them manged to crack / cause a dent in the top of the wood desk which shows the wood is not the highest of quaility.
